Can anyone ID the tune at 2:40 from Slipmatt's mix at Uprising 15/08/1997 ?

Found it by accident looking through other people?s tune ?want lists? on here. The track appears on the Billy Bunter CD on Hardcore Explosion 2. I?ve been looking for the track since 1997 - snapped it up on Discogs today.
Ps. Big up on the Powerplay remix!
Always good when that happens. I check my wants list daily on Discogs.

Excellent track, and that CD is one of Bunter's best with a few unreleased (unfortunately) gems.
