The only I don't get is when they port a game from the PC to consoles, and make it look shitty. Example: Dragon Age: Origins, looks AMAZING on the PC, shittier on Console's.
And I didn't mean multi-cross games, btw. Exclusives only, made for that console, and just that console. PS3 > Xbox 360 so far, imo.

We have Gamestop here, and in the store closest to me they're really friendly and awesome.
We have Game too but I have only been there once or twice, as it's in Gothenburg and often when I go to Gothenburg I don't go to Game anyway. :p
Also got Webhallen(.com), an online shop that now has a store in Gothenburg. Basically what you do there is you go to a computer and searched their site for what you want, check if it's in stock and if it is you go to the counter and they'll get the things for you.

Overall, the experience is really varied. You can't really base it on the franchise, but who is working there, and who you have to talk too. I've gotten into conversations with employees, and customers alike, on games that lasted half an hour to an hour.
I like being able to trade in my games, and honestly pre-ordering is just nice. I don't have to worry if I'll have the money in the future if I already paid for it and it'll be there for me to pick up.
But, don't get me wrong, there's been employees I just couldn't STAND. One guy tried to actually talk me out of getting WoW: Lich King saying it was ruining the game (I quite WoW last year in June so it doesn't matter anymore) and I had to talk to the manager, who is someone I knew fairly well, to ring me up instead of him.
Same thing when I was trading in my PS2 to get a original PS3 60GB, the salesman at Gamestop, one I will never go back too if he works there, tried to stop me from buying it and get a 360. I ended up telling him to take his opinions else where, and just do his job.
He actually tried to tell me the 360 was more powerful, and if anyone knows the tech inside a PS3, it isn't. At all.
He was actually right:
http://www.guruht.com/2008/03/ps3-vs-xbox360-gpu-performance.html PS3 is still the better choice imo, it's sexy, plays Blu-ray, free online, and has cooler exclusives anyone played the Heavy Rain demo?
"by leveraging cutting-edge hardware, software, and serviceswill outperform the PlayStation 3." Which none do, because I haven't seen one game on the 360 on a HDTV that looked better compared to a PS3 currently. I'm still skeptical on how they got those results, it's hard to throughly benchmark a console, and my searches before not only for it, and how to do it, have come up blank with the same questions.
cod looks better on the 360...but lets stop the fanboy stuff...or this topic will get out of hand :P
yes, that was the very game I was going to use as an example

Again, a game on multiple console's doesn't count. You can't be sure which one the first was made on without specifically asking the game maker themselves. How most multi cross games work is they tailor it to one system, then port it to another. Which in the process literally degrades the quality of it.
Exclusives.
