Despite a lot of the jokes being offensive just for the sake of being offensive, written by knuckle-draggers and not actually funny i do love Sickipedia. I, however, hate people who post the jokes on their Facebook status.
Favourite joke i've read on there recently and it's not offensive

Haha that is pretty good. Part of what makes shit jokes good is that you just have to laugh at how bad they are.
