Today I came across a very cool genre called Aggrotech (or Helltech). A combination of Hard Trance and Electronic Body Music (EBM is Industrial EDM). Is anyone here close to that genre? Can you recommend me some compilations? Syntension Beta is all I managed to find so far, but I need something more industrial, but melodic.

Many of the CD compilations varies in content so there is no aggrotech CD compilations...you need to buy single mp3s or artist albums.
Try these artists : X-RX Noisuf-X

I'm sure at one of the first releases of 7D there was a mix about this genre and I was very surprised by its sound. I havn't expected such a ravy feeling and I had listened to Dark Trance like 666 before.
There seems to be a split up about to start in the goths scene between old-school and this modern Industrial music. It kind of reminds me how people split up in 80's when the sound of synthesisers was established to the so far known music genres.

Just to clarify, while i used the abbreviation i actually meant the full name, i just abbreviated it for convenience (although 'EDM' also sounds stupid).

"Endzeit Bunkertracks is an aggrotech/electro-industrial compilation album series featuring exclusive, deleted and/or hard-to-find tracks." Sounds like a damn valuable album. Thanks man I'll definitely check it out.
