actually if i had pokemon blue or red or yellow or green (i dont understand why they made so many it was basically the same game over and over, just in yellow pikachu follows you around like an obsessed fan) i would still play it :P
the main reason why they had the red/blue version is b/c there were differences in the type of pokemon you receive. some were only exclusive to the red and others to the blue. yellow came out later to coincide with the show, so they used the yellow to further market the success of the show. same thing as with gold/silver and i imagine the same with later versions
only played up to gold & silver, had pokemon stadium on N64 and that was about it for pokemon. o and also played pokemon snap for awhile but that was pretty boring.

I've been a fan of Final Fantasy since the days of good ol' Firion and Cecil!
Probably the best mainstream RPG out there. I don't think it's overrated.

Had Blue>Silver>Stadium then I was done...
I got blue when I was 7/8 years old, actually really helped me learn how to read very well

I have FFXIII on PS3.......
an in the words of the net...
teh gamez fook ghud!
It's great, graphics from cut scene to in game are so detailed! I took 5 mins out of playing just cam panning around my party members, an the details is amazing, let alone the game world!
I'm not sure if the PS3 graphics are more details then the 360 as the PS3 has a much bigger disc to hold more data.
I love the game an the fact you only control the party leader during combat, the AI of the other members is superb. I do find the Paradiums a little confusing tho, even with the collectors guide ;p
Also you can see where all the enemey's in the game word so you can try to sneak past or go around to avoid combat.
For the people who don't know, when you get to chapter 11 (out 13) the game world opens up, there are 67 extra side missions in the game as well as the main story, plus a huge world to explore! An yep the 67th side mission has a boss thats HARDER than the main boss in the game, just like true FF style!
Also you get to ride around the landscape on the back of a Chocobo later in the game xD

I never had problems with the camera in castlevania: curse of darkness (where alot of people have complained about the camera), but god i hate the camera on this game. It doesnt stop when i release the right stick... Overally doesn't seem like a poor game, but then I'm never been a fan of FF games
