I have every book Dean Koontz ever wrote..... except the counted book of sorrows which is only on sale in america atm. Am not paying 50 for a book (inc shipping) i'll wait lol
I love his writing, he does tend to be slightly predictable sometimes, but on the whole he's a great read. My favourite of his is "Lightening" nice twisty tale :D
Back to the question: Whatcha reading..... Daily Star, purely for the sport of course :p

I know exactly what you mean. Have you read a series called the Belgariad? It's fantasy epic and very good. Narnia is also a good series.
I have not, i'll look into it though thanks.

As ridiculous as it sounds i've never read The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe before, never thought of it. Cheers Iono.
'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe' is only the second of the seven 'Chronicles of Narnia'.
If you decide to read them start with the first one 'The Magician's Nephew' and carry on from there.
Tis on order cheers.

Blatant self promotion here but anyone who likes Stephen King etc. may be interested in my novel, Discoredia.
Obviously it's not up to his standard (it's only a self published first attempt) but instead of all the fifties music references he makes this is based in the Hardcore world we all know and love. Besides, I'm fairly proud of it and the majority of the feedback I've had has been pretty positive.
You can read the first chapter as a preview on Lulu and the sequel should be out in a few months.

O.K, so I'm resurrecting a pretty old topic but if anyone else out there does happen to be interested in giving my novel a shot there's a free postage and packaging promotion running at present on Lulu. Just use the code FREEMAILUK305 when you place the order and it will save you a few quid.
I'm afraid the offers for U.K deliveries only, but there's nothing I can do about that, and there's always the download option as an even cheaper alternative.
Here's hoping some of you decide to give it a try, and if any of you do please P.M me with your feedback.
Thanks.
