Oh and I think the best job is the job you do with the most pleasure. If you like driving racing cars, being a race driver is probably your perfect job, because you get money and you have fun at once. Same with DJ'ing. But in these jobs there's not always many chances..

imo, the first mistake that most people make is to believe that they deserve to be happy. WTF? What makes them so special that they deserve to be happy?
It's not surprising that so many are disappointed....

i totally do to, and i plainly see every day that it is not the key to happiness; only misery and laziness.
it helps to bring up the mood sometimes, but everyday... no no no no no!
and levi, we SHOULD go to shambhala this summer, but not pay the $200. we can easily sneak in, i can guarantee it! (shhh everyone else!)

my family makes me happy life is always gonna be shitty i think my entire life sucked and it comes in waves you get the good and u get the bad but my thing is just staying in my room when im upset and never come out for a couple of hours lol

I think I got a ride from kelowna to shambala and might be able to fit you???
not sure yet
but I will be coming down to kelowna this summer for sure and I think we should defiantly go
I used to live right by shambala and have wanted to go ever since I was in grade 8
so yeah, this is happening :)

I think that everyone deserves to be happy equally, in that everyone deserves to be happy (as much as they deserve not to be), but if they go down a path that makes them unhappy then that is a choice that they have made. Ultimately it is a choice. No one can make you unhappy. Your life is your responsibility and anytime you want to be happy you just have to make the effort, the choice is always there but it's not neccesarily going to just come to you. There needs to be some exchange of energy (like if you don't fill a car with petrol it's not goint to move). That dosn't mean that you have to 'work' for it but you need to allow it to happen. I don't include people here with clinical depression as that is a different story.

The people who get what they want don't really have it any easier. Yes they are financially secure but what they gain in money they lack in other areas. As for people like single mothers and whatever. Well, it was their choice to be irresponsible and live beyond their means by having a child (or 3). Yes it's not that black and white but my point is not to blame them, it's that things aren't _just_ a certain way, you almost always have a say in everything you do in your life, if you think you don't and that your doomed to live a certain way then well maybe that is what you get for thinking in such a limiting manner (i'm not reffering to anyone here just speaking generally). So much can be said on this topic really but i can't articulate my words very well at the moment.
I personally find it odd that people are generaly unhappy and need to constantly find things to make them happy. It's not at all natural. Although i guess the world we live in at the moment is so far removed from anything natural that it's not actually that surprising after all.
